Title: [Before things start to get cold] Sharing these 3 things will make the relationship last longer?! We sometimes feel that 'Relationship with that person didn't last long... Me and the person was not a good match afterall..' but maybe it's just us thinking that way, and there's no such thing as a 'good match' in terms of relationships, perhaps. Even couples that have been lasting and going good are working on the relationships, perhaps our approach of working on it was in a wrong direction. Today, we are introducing 3 points that we should share with the partners! This is based on the research that involded relationships of 12,273 people (so it's quite reliable) and we could use the techniques to human relationships other than romantic ones. 1. Share the attitude of being humours, and have a similar point of view to enjoy. In movies we sometimes see couples having a good time together, unconcerned about the time they're spending, and laugh together at little mistakes they make. Perhaps cooking together may be good for this☆ 2. Share the tasks. This includes tasks to raise children, and houseworks(chores); do it to the extent that makes the partner feel that he/she is getting a good amount of help. Do help in a way we can contribute in the way only we can. Of course the working time of one of the partners maybe shorter than the other, then try to work on dividing the amount of work to the point which we both feel fair. 3. Share the people in the circle of our relationships. Introduce friends we have with the partner. By sharing friends, it makes the relationship harder to break. People who don't share their friends to the partners, they start to lose their trust they have from the partners and lose it overtime. It's important for us to both be interested in friends of each other. Even just by doing one of these, our satisfaction score on the relationship rises, and our romantic feelings last longer. The key is to show that we are doing it, and keep doing it for long time(in a long span). It is quite meaningless to do it in secret. We need to LET THEM KNOW. One good example to start in the area of sharing tasks is saying 'Hey, I'm doing the dishes at the moment so.... could you fill the bath tub with hot water?"

Ayon sa pananaliksik ni Dr. Richard Wiseman (sikolohikal at pag-uugali ng ekonomiya), 9% lamang na magkapareha ang umuusad sa susunod na tipanan na ang pinag-uusapan ay ang mga pelikula, 18% naman ang magkapareha na ang pinag-uusapan ay ang pamamasyal ay talagang umuusad sa susunod na tipanan. This is not saying that people who are overweight are highly likely going to suffer from serious cases of COVID-19 if they get infected; 88% of people(in general() who got infected only suffer symptoms of a cold; only 2% of people suffered serious cases among them; but if you look at the serious cases of obese people, it was 14%. Still, being overweight could be quite a big risk to us, when the vaccine is not going to be completely ready until the beginning of next year. Period of 3 months is sufficient to drop our BMI to normal level if we are going to seriously apply ourselves to it. And why obesity is the key for the symptoms to get serious? That's because obesity damages our immune systems; overweight people tend to be unhealthy(meaning likely to catch a cold etc). Because we need to recover from it by our own immune systems, if they're not working as well as non-overweight people, that could be a trigger for us to suffer a serious case of COVID-19. Even with influenza, cases of obese people dying from them were more likely than of people who aren't. This problem can be treated by the same approach we do to improve our health; eating diet, sleep, and exercise.

According to a research done by Guangdong Medical University, the timing that the infected people may spread the virus the most is just before the symptoms appear, or just when the symptoms appear; it doesn't mean we won't spread the virus after the symptoms have become clearer though. More specifically, perhaps from around 2 to 3 days before the symptoms appear we may spread the virus the most; then when we start feeling ill, the amount of virus transmitted from us gets less. This data include information that are patients' subjective points of views and where the patients went before, so this perhaps is not considered quite reliable. He wants us to remember this though; even if people look healthy, they might be spreading the virus; therefore it's risky to judge by the looks. So how would the second wave start? It would possibly start from healthy-looking people spreading virus. So even after the lockdowns are 'unlocked', we should still be cautious.

Title: The unexpected reason why COVID-19 should be taken more seriously in Tokyo(and places that are similar) There was a research done in USA directed by Universities including Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University. The research was done with this hypothesis : The more polluted the air is, the higher the death rate of COVID-19 is. As a result, the severer the air pollution by PM 2.5 is (even by little), the worse the effects of COVID-19 is. So according to this, the more urban the place is, higher the death rate may become; perhaps we can observe that from the data of situations in China, and urbanised cities across the world. Some people may think that they are okay now, because they moved from those places recently, but people who were under the effect of polluted air for long period of time are the ones who suffer more, according to the research. The probability of death may increase by 15%, if we have lived in places with air pollution for long time. So, according to this research, we humans need to take prevention of air pollution more seriously, is what we can see from it. DaiGo-san himself uses mask when he goes to places; where there are a lot of cars for example, a mask that blocks PM 2.5, and also is reusable by replacing the filter. This can also be said; perhaps until we find a good solution for curing and preventing COVID-19, the humanity should regulate the air pollution stricter than we have been til now. What we can do individually, is perhaps using instruments to measure the pollution at home, and if it's bad, use an air cleaner(with High Efficiency Particulate Air filter in it). On the other note, air cleaner if effective, if we use it when working etc, it improves our concentration. If those measures are hard to reach by our hands, we should perhaps try to improve our health by aspects of food, sleep, and exercising.

If we feel anxious even with this score, our mental health may be not doing good. Maybe keep in mind to relieve stresses in life! Number of yesses = 4 to 7.... his love is 60%! It's about an average, so it's not bad. If we are a type to give a lot of love, and caring, we might feel a little lonely. Also if we want the romantic relationship to last long, we should perhaps give more effort to make the relationship more intimate♡ Number of yesses = 0 to 2... his love is 20%?! His signal of love is a little low. Our romantic feeling is perhaps being low right now. Perhaps it's in a lethargic period or... stage of ennui. If we don't do anything, things might not turn out well. Even if the score was 20%, perhaps this can help you! Smile more when you're with him! Topic: When is the second wave of coronavirus coming? [According to the latest research] Okay, so conclusion first. For Japan it's around summer in Northern Hemisphere(around July and August). And for the rest of the world, it would be approximately 6 months after the first wave began. Some people assumed that maybe coronavirus won't be as active in hot and wet climate (like the some cases of flu). It's true that some types of coronavirus tend to be less active from Spring, but the virus for COVID-19, a research says this might not apply(basically unspecified and not certain)... The current information tells us that it spreads in parts of the world that aren't exactly cool or cold right now, so we cannot underestimate about the virus for this. Some data show that it does infect less people in the hot weather, but the number is not majorly less... so it may reduce in small number, but if we face it, we may realise the difference of number isn't big at all; so the number of infected people would be increasing in similar rate. Why would the number of people infected people still increase in summer? It's according to the data that was started to be gathered from 250 years ago. Human beings faced pandemics caused by influenza, 10 times within those 25 decades. And those cases were: ・2 in Winter, in Northern Hemispehre ・2 in Summer ・3 in Autumn/Fall So... the common seasonal influenza hits us yearly, but in terms of pandemics, the seasons don't seem to matter. In addition, according to the report, no matter what season did the pandemics start, they always had their second waves after around 6 months of when the disease was confirmed to infect people for the first time. Since it is assumed to have started to spread from January, perhaps second wave is coming around late June, to August. So he's saying we might be in a fight that's long-lasting, he says perhaps we should improve our immune systems and health to survive through it. He recommends applying good diets and exercising within these 2-3 months time, to improve our health and immune systems.

[LEVEL UP] Outgrowing bothersome personality! If other people think that we are bothersome, we might lose our bf/gf, or friends might put a distance between us and them. The elements of being bothersome are considered...: 1. unstable emotion/mind 2. selfishness 3. tendencies to leave things to others 4. negative mind 5. controlling others 6. too much contacts(messaging/calling etc) By looking at these 6 elements some people might have thought these apply to them, and some might have though they don't apply to them...; people who thought these don't apply to them perhaps should look back at their actions more, because we often tend not to notice things about ourselves(the ability to look at ourselves from objective view, it's called metarecognition). It is often easy for us to notice if our friend is being such a bothersome partner, perhaps with a peace of mind or relaxed state of mind, we can look at ourselves like that better. By training our metarecognition ability, we may be able to grow out of bothersome personality, which may help us not just in romance and friendships, but also work and studies. How to train our metacognition ability: 1. When you noticed that the person you were interacting with acted as though you were being bothersome, think back and review the words and actions you were using. Perhaps thinking that actions you took and words that you used were from your friend, you may notice what are to be improved better; think of what you'd give your friend as advice. (This technique is perhaps called a psychological contrast) 2. Improve your self-esteem. If we are unconfident about ourselves, we may be dependent on our partners more(mentally). Perhaps it means we are not aware of our own strength, then. It's called 'Strength Blindness'. By acknowledging our own strengths, it will help us improve our metacognition. Try to find out these points.→ What do we like? What are we good at? What are our strong points? Also, habits of exercising, and meditation would help improving self-esteem.
